Tax Benefits

If you have bought or restored your primary or main home and financed it using a mortgage loan, you shall be entitled to deduct a percentage of the loan payments from your next income tax declaration as and how indicated below:

If you have a mortgage savings book (libreta vivienda) for the acquisition of your primary or main home, you shall be entitled to deduct 15% of the amount you have deposited during the corresponding fiscal year from your income tax declaration up to a maximum of €1,350.
